Alterum welcomes its new Board of Directors’ members
Montreal (Canada), January 24, 2023 – In preparation for a year of growth in 2023, and with the goal of achieving the highest standards of governance, Alterum has recently established a Board of Directors composed of the most competent and connected executives and professionals.
The Board of Directors is composed of five people:
- David Beauvais, president and CIO of Alterum;
- Susan Handrigan, Managing Director of Handrigan & Associates;
- Hassan el Bouhali, CIO of the Mastercard Foundation;
- Stephan Poirier, Vice President at Zaddons; and
- Fadjiah Collin-Mazile, senior data scientist at CoinList.
In addition to these members, there are two observers:
- Claude Frigon, Investment at the Center of Excellence in Energy Efficiency (C3E), a creditor of Alterum; and,
- Laure Fouin, lawyer and partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
Alterum is moving into a new era of its development: acceleration.
